This year's first conference was held on the 13th January 2007, Saturday morning at 11 am CET. The meeting was, as usually, public and hosted on Skypecast where everybody who was interested could have participated. NET Director Mansel Ismay has set a clear purpose for this meeting:
The aim of the meeting is to go over the central issues for NET in 2007, the ways by which we can expand our operations, and to set concrete and realistic goals and time schedules for these.
